Abstract
O Pelouro is a real educative initiative and practice that present a firm commitment with the inclusion of all students. This article explores the discursive context and ways in which educators from this innovative school construct theiremotional identity. The pedagogic discourse that articulates the practices of this centre(the Intersective Interactive Pedagogy) is taken as the main reference with the aim of analysing the ways in which the educators from O Pelouro understand their emotional labour. With the intention of develop this qualitative research the discursive theory is considered from a performative approach that will give a meaning to the microethnographic experienced lived in the centre by the researcher. It is complemented through a narrative approach used to represent and discuss the emotional experience of a teacher interacting with a student. By means of this methodology is attempted to portray some of the present tensions in the emotional labour of these professionals and thus illustrate a more critical view of what means to be and feel in an inclusive and innovative psychopedagogical environment.
