    Abstract

    This presentation shares the development and early insights from a project exploring how sector-wide assessment policy can unintentionally restrict creative and innovative teaching practice. In response, I am developing a practical toolkit to support educators in designing assessment approaches that promote experimentation, problem-solving and enterprise-focused learning. The work is rooted in a commitment to professional autonomy, authentic learning and the continued development of effective teaching practice.
