Abstract

The article analysis the social impact of social changes in Lithuania for educators, social workers and other social activities of individuals involved. Works, social welfare and social welfare authorities constantly feeling the growing global influence of global forces. The world does not progress secure the future of socially isolated people, particularly expatriates and refugees. Increasing fragmentation of society, but in such a society is necessary to guarantee the security of individuals and economic framework. Lithuania, many people, particularly the elderly, women, disabled people are uncertain about their future. Population education can help them understand their situation and promote themselves to solving the resulting problems. It is the social isolation can slowly go to social integration. The paper analyzes 1996 and 1999. Lithuania results of tests performed. Were interviewed Siauliai and Klaipeda university professors and staff with social work experience. Studies have shown the significant impact of the social educator knowledge, skills, values formation is a professional debate, a new university study program, as expanded the concept of social pedagogue. Became clear how important it is to respect other opinions, especially when it comes increasingly to interact with other cultures. However, the pan-European social isolation have never been so high as now. Here the most important thing remains the nuclear potential, but not human lives.
