Abstract

This guide contains information about multiplicity; the holistic experience involving two or more selves in the same body. It gives those who know, support, or work with people with multiplicity information to help understanding and identify ways to support them. Whether you are a friend, parent, partner, teacher or anyone else, this guide is here to help you better support people who are multiple. The guide has been developed from information provided to Dr Zarah Eve within her PhD thesis, where she spoke to people with lived and living experience of multiplicity, along with their support networks and professionals.
