Abstract

The 2023/24 LawInSport Annual Review will examine the key UK case law and potential developments affecting sports safety and participation over the past year. It will also highlight emerging and ongoing themes to watch going forwards, including in particular: Developments in the civil law applying to sports participants Sports participation and the criminal law Developments in the law on vicarious liability Developments in the law applying to sports spectators
