    Abstract

The purpose of this report (the first of an initial two scene setting reports) is to provide stakeholders in the Graduates for a Greater Manchester’ project with an accessible overview of the key aspects of the context of the project. We explore the labour market trends with regard to ‘Tech, Creative and Digital’ (T and CD), and the supply, demand and development of relevant skills. The report draws on policy and academic literature and scoping interviews with a selection of key stakeholders.
