Abstract

With the pace and intensity of block delivery, it is easy to forget satisfaction scores are not just linked to assignments and qualifications. They are also reflected in our ability as educators to engage our students, spark their curiosity and to empower them. As we transitioned to blended, then online-only learning, the aim of this practice of ‘netflixing’ your unit is intended to help business school educators to optimise the planning and delivery of rich, student-centered experiences.
