    Abstract

This paper outlines three very different approaches to evaluation that are useful for different purposes. These can be combined to produce a flexible and responsive tool kit for use in a wide variety of situations. The paper also introduces the reasons for conducting systemic (holisitc) evaluations that are both inclusive and participative.
